    Contract: Self-Employed/B2B

    We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Agent to deliver exceptional support to players in a fast-paced online gaming environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers via live chat, email, and phone.
    • Support players with account-related matters, including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and general gameplay queries.
    • Deliver accurate guidance across both sportsbook and casino products.
    • Handle customer complaints with empathy, escalating complex issues when necessary.
    • Ensure compliance with responsible gaming practices and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
    • Stay up to date with promotions, product updates, and company policies/procedures.
    • Deliver a customer experience aligned with brand values and service standards.
    • Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Role Details
    • Schedule: 40 hours per week on a 24/7 rotational shift basis.
    • Location: Fully remote, but candidates must be able to work within the EU time zone.
    • Equipment: Candidates must provide their own laptop, headset, secondary monitor, and VPN (if required for system access).
    • Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

    Engagement Terms
    • Contract Type: Self-employed. Agents are responsible for their own taxes, social security, and related obligations.
    • Requirements: An established B2B setup is essential; prior iGaming experience is preferred.
