As a Customer Happiness Support Specialist, you are part of the Operations Team and the first point of contact for our customers. Through our social media profiles, online chat, email, and phone, you respond to customer requests in a friendly and calm manner. You ensure that the customer experience is always the way one would wish it to be: approachable, friendly, open & honest, and above all solution-oriented. Our goal is to go beyond ordinary customer support and be a friend and advisor to our customers—true to the motto “delivering happiness.”
