    Customer Happiness Support Specialist Job Description

    As a Customer Happiness Support Specialist, you are part of the Operations Team and the first point of contact for our customers. Through our social media profiles, online chat, email, and phone, you respond to customer requests in a friendly and calm manner. You ensure that the customer experience is always the way one would wish it to be: approachable, friendly, open & honest, and above all solution-oriented. Our goal is to go beyond ordinary customer support and be a friend and advisor to our customers—true to the motto “delivering happiness.”


    Tasks:
    • You support and advise new and existing customers and respond to inquiries regarding our products, shipping, payments, and complaints.
    • You process open tickets daily within our support tool Gorgias.
    • You monitor order management via our shop system Shopify and make adjustments to order details if necessary.
    • You act as the interface with our logistics and warehouse service provider in case of delivery issues.
    • You keep a close eye on customer feedback, respond to questions and comments on our social media posts, blog, etc.
    • You are an active part of the community around topics such as children, parenting, and creative play on Facebook and forums.
    • You contribute collected customer feedback as well as your own expertise to the continuous improvement of our offerings and processes.

    Qualifications:
    • You already have practical work experience in customer service/customer care/call center.
    • You are highly organized, work proactively, and keep a clear head even in challenging situations.
    • You are communicative, enthusiastic, empathetic, and patient with our customers, and you are a true team player.
    • You are responsible, work independently, and like to take initiative.
    • You have experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, Billbee, (or a comparable invoicing tool).
    • You speak German and English fluently.

    From October 2025 until February 2026
    20h to 30h per week
