Job Description: Our client provides SaaS solutions to optimize administrative and HR processes. They serve over 7,500 clients and 1,400,000 users across 130 countries. They design software solutions that address specific needs such as time & activity management, HR management, employee engagement, and expense reports. Their goal is to increase productivity while providing a simple, efficient, and user-friendly experience. Due to their strong growth (40% annually) and ambitions, they are expanding their workforce, which currently includes over 650 employees in France (Paris, Marseille, Nantes), Spain (Barcelona), Switzerland (Geneva), and now Germany (Munich).

Job Description: To support their expansion in Germany, they are looking for an HRIS Customer Success Consultant to be the first team member in Germany. You will play a key role in this new venture!

Purpose of the job :

  • Onboard and implement new customers in Germany.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on their needs and responding to new requirements, leading to future opportunities.
  • Contribute to localizing and improving the company's consulting activities in Germany.

Details of the tasks include customer onboarding (project management and implementation):

  • Manage complex deployments for SME and large accounts, building trust with local companies and key accounts.
  • Ensure timely and on-budget deployment as per contract.
  • Gather initial customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Adapt software to the German local context.
  • Train administrators for autonomous use of the software.
  • Oversee go-live and initial follow-up.
  • Remain flexible and agile in handling unforeseen circumstances.

Follow-up of Key Accounts (support, account management):

  • Monitor satisfaction of important customers.
  • Support in case of level 2 issues.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and proactively present new products.

Contribute to localization and continuous improvement of the CS activity:

  • Participate in cross-functional projects.
  • Adapt offerings for the German market.
  • Collaborate with different Business Units.
  • Support pre-sales projects and demonstrate autonomy and initiative.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in HR (degree or experience).
  • Affinity for Tech/SaaS.
  • Desire to contribute to the German market's growth.
  • Versatile, organized, and dynamic work style.
  • Comfortable working with local businesses and key accounts (C-Level).
  • Native German speaker, proficient in English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Familiarity with web technologies is a plus.

Selection process involves multiple interviews in German and English.
