Main duties and responsibilities

The holder of this position is responsible for:

  1. Handling and documenting customer calls
  2. Further developing and consulting for existing dealers to help them reach their full potential
  3. Training shop staff to help them deliver the best possible service

Preferable skills and competencies

  • Good communication skills over the phone
  • Good organizational skills
  • Customer-first orientation
  • Affinity for IT products
  • Enjoyment of project work
  • Willingness to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Team player

Business Knowledge/Educational Background

Minimum qualifications required:

  • Fluent in spoken and written German
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Experience in B2B Telesales is advantageous
  • Training or similar prior knowledge in Telesales/sales is advantageous
