Responsibilities

Consult and support our existing customers to ensure their satisfaction
Be the first point of contact for all customer management concerns
Identify new sales potentials and support targeted utilization
Expand existing customer relationships and actively promote cross-selling of new or additional products
Document all customer activities in our CRM system and maintain contacts, including follow-ups
Assist in planning and implementing sales measures, contributing your ideas

Qualifications

Completed commercial or sales-oriented training or a comparable qualification
Experience in sales and customer interaction is ideal
Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a customer-oriented mindset
Customer and sales-oriented work, social skills, and creative problem-solving are among your strengths
Independent, structured work style with the ability to manage multiple tasks
High IT affinity and excellent German language skills; English skills are a plus
