    Customer Success Professional, International (Remote Working) – UK

    Salary: £50K - £70K depending on experience

    Location: UK, Ireland, or Netherlands


    My client, an International E-learning Software Company is looking for an experienced UK, Ireland, or Netherlands-based Customer Success professional to join their growing international team. Their Mid-Market Customer Success Managers (MM CSMs) work with customers throughout their post-sales journey to ensure their success with the company.


    The E-learning Software Company develops e-learning software, content, and resources that change the way the world learns. More than 120,000 organizations worldwide, including all 100 of the Fortune 100, have created millions of courses using their online training platform. E-learning developers get everything they need to create courses for their learning management systems, including the award-winning authoring app Storyline 360.


    The Customer Success Consultant for the international business will own a book of accounts within their globally-based segment, and build and expand relationships with these customers post-sale. You will be responsible for onboarding, driving product adoption and satisfaction, driving retention, managing complex renewals, and expanding our footprint within these international accounts.You will also partner with their international sales counterparts to identify and execute growth opportunities within internationally-based accounts.


    Essential Functions

    • Manage a dynamic portfolio of international mid-market customers.
    • Deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience, from onboarding through adoption, engagement, renewal, and expansion.
    • Proactively drive product adoption and usage, identifying early signals of risk and taking action to ensure customer retention.
    • Lead renewal processes with confidence, navigating procurement workflows and commercial negotiations to support timely and high-value contract renewals.
    • Strengthen customer relationships through structured engagement, including kick-off calls, check-ins, and impactful business reviews.
    • Maintain accurate renewal forecasting by actively managing your pipeline and account insights across current and future quarters.
    • Meet and exceed key performance metrics related to churn, customer satisfaction, engagement, renewal, and account growth.
    • Collaborate with Sales on strategic account planning, jointly defining customer success strategies that align with business goals.
    • Partnering effectively with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Product, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Order Management, to drive customer outcomes.
    • Identify expansion opportunities and generate Customer Success Qualified Leads (CSQLs) by aligning customer needs with the company’s evolving solutions.

    Qualifications/Skills

    • 5+ years experience working in a customer-facing account management, sales or customer success role.
    • A strong understanding of customer success.
    • Experience managing a book of 100+ international accounts.
    • Proven ability to manage complex renewals, including commercial conversations and negotiation.
    • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
    • 2+ years experience in SaaS.
    • 2+ years experience using Salesforce.
