    Customer Support Agent Job Description

    We are looking for a reliable, skilled and fast customer support agent to join our team. As a customer support agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our German-speaking customers, resolving inquiries, and providing product information and tracking order status. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
