    Customer Support Specialist
    Job Description

    We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to help us create a set of ready-to-use email and chat response templates for common customer service scenarios. These templates will be used by our team to respond to customers quickly and professionally.

    Responsibilities:

    • Write clear, polite, and professional customer support responses.

    • Create templates for common scenarios such as:

      • Order delays / shipping updates
      • Refund and cancellation requests
      • Product or service inquiries
      • Apology and goodwill messages
      • General FAQ replies

    • Ensure all templates are written in a friendly and empathetic tone.

    • Deliver responses in a well-organized document (Word/Google Docs).

    Requirements:

    • Strong written English communication skills.

    • Previous experience in email and chat support (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout, etc.).

    • Ability to write professional replies that sound natural and customer-focused.

    • Detail-oriented and able to adapt tone for different situations.
