Customer Support Engineer - Stuttgart

Aptiv EDS is hiring a Customer Support Engineer to join our onsite team with an OEM in Stuttgart. This role involves direct customer interface daily, focusing on Customer Quality related to Aptiv EDS products.

Your role:

  1. Support customers with quality-related questions
  2. Forward questions within Aptiv
  3. Promote quality awareness
  4. Ensure compliance with regulations
  5. Be the main contact for quality issues at customer sites
  6. Support OEM and Tier 1 suppliers with feedback and corrective actions
  7. Analyze issues and resolve problems promptly
  8. Communicate and organize meetings as needed
  9. Coordinate containment activities at customer sites
  10. Lead quality improvement activities and verify solutions
  11. Document and report issues using appropriate tools
  12. Report key performance indicators
  13. Represent customer voice internally
  14. Prevent nonconformities
  15. Support review meetings
  16. Maintain quality issue records
  17. Assist with trials and tests

Your background:

  1. 3-5 years relevant experience
  2. Technical degree or expertise
  3. Specialization in Electrical Systems
  4. Fluent in German and English
  5. Proficient in Excel, reporting, analysis
  6. Leadership skills
  7. Basic project management and finance knowledge
