    Customer Support Specialist Job Description

    We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help users of a fast-growing SaaS platform for collectors. You’ll provide support across the app, manage community interactions, and assist with a unique digital pack-opening experience.


    Responsibilities
    • Provide customer support via email, chat, and community channels
    • Troubleshoot app and SaaS-related issues (login, subscription, scanning, payments, etc.)
    • Assist collectors with purchases, shipping, and redemptions
    • Moderate and engage in the Collectibles.com community to keep it supportive and fun
    • Track, categorize, and escalate technical issues to the product and engineering teams
    • Share user feedback and insights to help improve features and customer experience
    • Maintain and update knowledge base / FAQ articles to help users self-serve
