Work location can be flexible within Germany, subject to company approval, at Ottobrunn, Donauwörth, Friedrichshafen, Cologne, or Finkenwerder.

Your main tasks

• Conduct security risk assessments and develop security strategies
• Develop and implement security policies and raise awareness
• Define and monitor mitigation plans, data analytics, and modeling
• Lead small consulting projects and participate in larger ones
• Document and present results, design and deliver training
• Improve processes and tools, advise clients, and support sales efforts
• Conduct internal audits and prepare documentation

Required expertise and skills

• Degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, or related field
• Knowledge of security management frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, etc.)
• Understanding of security technologies and controls
• Experience with governance projects, ISMS, and security requirements
• Knowledge of regulations like GDPR, NIS2, Export Control
• Strong communication skills, ability to explain complex concepts
• Security clearance or ability to obtain one
• Ability to advise clients and build consensus
• Cultural sensitivity, fluency in German and English
• Willingness to travel

A security clearance is required or must be obtained.

This role requires awareness of compliance risks and acting with integrity.
