Responsibilities

  • Your task will be to identify, analyze, and track threat actor TTPs and IOCs using prioritization frameworks and continuous monitoring of the threat landscape.
  • Complex threat data will be investigated to provide situational awareness, quantify trends, support ongoing investigations, and enhance detection and response capabilities.
  • Conduct in-depth technical analysis (searching, pivoting, enrichment) in support of Threat Hunting and to identify potential intrusions in Bosch networks and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Incident Response and Detection Engineering to ensure intelligence is integrated into detection and response workflows and to brief stakeholders on emerging campaigns or incidents.
  • Produce and deliver high-quality intelligence reports, briefings, and presentations tailored to technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop and improve internal tools for threat analysis and monitoring (using Python, REST APIs, Git, Docker).

Qualifications

  • Education: completed university studies in Cybersecurity or a comparable subject
  • Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in a Cybersecurity Operations Center as an Incident Responder, Threat Hunter, or Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst; strong knowledge of identifying and assessing threats in cyberspace; ability to apply attacker behavior for impact analysis; experience working with international teams
  • Qualifications: SANS certifications (e.g., GCTI) or equivalent qualifications
  • Personality and Working Practice: collaborative team player, takes responsibility for results, analytical, quick to learn, and focused on continuous improvement and innovation; sets clear priorities and uses resources effectively; fosters a positive environment
  • Enthusiasm: passion for technical challenges, drives innovation, and ongoing improvement in cybersecurity
  • Languages: very good written and spoken English and German
  • Salary and Benefits: gross annual salary at least 118.000 EUR for 40h/week; final amount depends on experience; bonus based on company success; Bosch pension plan; remuneration development opportunities discussed during the application process
