    You are: A growth-focused sales professional with a successful track record of year-on-year business expansion. You understand the sales cycle phases, including account development, opportunity identification, relationship building, and qualification, applying deep sales process and technical expertise. Your focus is on developing security opportunities by developing primary relationships with key account personnel, especially client account leads (CALs), to identify solutions for client pain points and growth objectives using a differentiated roadmap leveraging Identity Access Management. You will also support account personnel in building relationships with key buyers by bringing business and technical expertise to development conversations.

    The work includes:

    1. Identifying complex technology business problems requiring in-depth knowledge of client needs and network-oriented solutions.
    2. Creating differentiated opportunities based on Security offerings and joint go-to-market strategies developed through Accenture Security.
    3. Interacting with senior management at clients and within Accenture to determine pursuit strategies, develop client contact plans, and apply industry-leading Security transformation and operations strategies.
    4. Proactively prospecting new opportunities through client account leads and direct contact.
    5. Focusing on progressing new opportunities rapidly to qualification and proposal stages.
    6. Willingness to travel Monday-Thursday.

    Requirements:

    • At least 5 years of Business Development experience in professional services, specifically Security Services including Identity Access Management.
    • At least 5 years of Sales Pursuit Management experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales with quotas exceeding $8M.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years work experience; if an Associate’s Degree, then at least 6 years work experience).

    Bonus points if you have:

    • Experience in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing Security solutions.
    • Experience working within Security customer environments.
    • Selling experience in Identity Access Management tools like Ping, SailPoint, CyberArk.
    • Experience with C-Level client relationships and management.
    • Proven ability to operate in team environments and demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and collaboration.
    • Ability to discuss network modernization with VP+ clients and technical teams.
    • Experience working with ecosystem partners and hyperscalers.
    • High energy, focus, and ability to work in demanding environments.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
