• Assist new clients in transitioning to advanced cybersecurity solutions (SIEM, NDR, EDR, VAS)
• Lead the planning and implementation of customized cybersecurity solutions
• Execute test installations to demonstrate solution effectiveness
• Manage customer relationships and support project needs
• Maintain detailed installation records
• Provide advanced support to existing customers
• Collaborate on customer-specific security solutions
• Assist in technology-based offers and customer presentations
• Develop and deliver tailored training courses
• Previous experience in IT security, ideally in pre-sales, solution architecture, or security consulting
• Familiarity with SIEM, NDR, EDR, and VAS preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent teamwork skills and independence
• Enjoy working with clients and service-oriented
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English is required
• Up to €90,000 gross per year
