What you'll do

• Join the Henkel cybersecurityteam, supporting others in applying security practices in theirorganizations
• Conduct comprehensive securityassessments of IT systems, projects and organizations
• Advise colleagues on bestpractices in information security and cybersecurity
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams to integrate security measures into businessprocesses, IT organizations and IT systems
• Develop and implementinformation security and cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls
• Stay up-to-date with the latestcybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies
• Prepare detailed reports anddocumentation for management, highlighting findings and recommendations
• You can learn from excellentteam members and make yourself an industry expert

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree or above inIT, IT-Security, or related fields
• At least 3 years of experiencein a similar position
• Relevant certifications such asCISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent
• Solid understanding ofstandards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, OWASP, GDPR)
• Familiarity with cloudsecurity, DevSecOps practices and design of secure IT-architectures
• Excellent analytical,problem-solving, and communication skills
• Dependable working style,hands-on, and as part of a team
• Solid project management skillsand attention to detail
• Proficient oral and writtenEnglish language skills; German is a plus
