About The Role
Lead development of secure digital infrastructure and systems for TYTAN's operations, ensuring compliance and resilience in defense environments.
Responsibilities
As a Cybersecurity Engineer at TYTAN, you will lead the development of secure digital infrastructure, policies, and systems to enable TYTAN’s operations across Europe, including both classified and unclassified environments. Your responsibilities will include:
  - Securing Microsoft 365 and Azure AD/Entra environments, including implementing MFA, conditional access, and role-based access.
 
  - Setting up and managing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud, and endpoints, and implementing endpoint security for both Windows and Ubuntu/Linux systems.
 
  - Setting up logging, monitoring, and vulnerability management for mixed OS environments.
 
  - Defining and enforcing policies for access control, password policy, patching, and incident response.
 
  - Conducting regular security assessments and coordinating external penetration tests.
 
  - Monitoring for leaked credentials or sensitive data, including dark web checks.
 
  - Working with product developers to embed secure coding and DevSecOps practices.
 
  - Performing awareness training exercises for employees.
 
  - Administering Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra, Intune, GitHub, and onboarding/offboarding employees, as well as providing IT support.
 
Requirements
  3+ years in cybersecurity or IT security engineering
  Experience in tech or defence
  Fluent in both German and English
  Understanding of compliance frameworks such as BSI IT-Grundschutz, and familiarity with GDPR, ISO 27001, and ISO 27032
  Prior exposure to ISO 27001, SOC2, or GDPR compliance
