Dynamics 365 F&O Project Manager


Location:
Fully Remote (CET hours preferred – open to EU & South Africa; US considered if flexible)


Contract:
9-month assignment (high potential for extension)


Overview:
R2 have partnered with a leader within the global transformation industry who are currently seeking a senior Dynamics 365 F&O Project Manager with proven experience leading large-scale ERP implementations. This role requires a hands-on leader who combines project delivery expertise with strong change management skills, ensuring business and IT alignment throughout a complex transformation.

You’ll play a pivotal role in a global program to unify three companies into one consolidated IT landscape, supporting operations across the US, Nordics, DACH, France, and wider EU markets.


Expectations of the role:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Dynamics 365 F&O implementation
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Drive change management to secure business adoption and stakeholder alignment
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and cross-functional teams
• Act as a bridge between internal teams and external implementation partners


Requirements:

• Experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Dynamics 365 F&O delivery
• Strong change management expertise and stakeholder engagement skills
• Skilled in project scoping, resource planning and budget management
• Must have previous leadership experience and able to have a detailed orientated approach
• Excellent communications and organizational skills
