Your Mission: Use Data to Shape the Future of Learning

As a Product Data Analyst, you’ll be at the core of how this company builds world-class AI learning experiences. Your insights will guide what gets built, how it gets built, and why it matters.

What You'll Own

Partner with Product & Leadership to embed data into every product decision
Lead deep-dive analyses that shape personalization, feature design, and strategy
Build tools and dashboards that enable every team to move faster and smarter
Own the reliability and scalability of the data stack (BigQuery, dbt)
Ensure marketing and growth teams have clean, actionable data
Proactively monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines

Your Background

Experience in data, BI, or product analytics (startup or fast-paced environment a big plus)
Strong SQL and BI tool knowledge; Python a bonus
Familiarity with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, BigQuery)
Clear communicator with strong critical thinking skills
Fluent in English (German a bonus)
Available to work onsite in Berlin (5 days/week with flexibility)
