We are working with a Private Equity–backed healthcare organisation in Germany that is undertaking a large-scale Data and AI transformation. With multiple Patient Management Systems across the group, the business is now looking to bring in a Data Analyst to help shape a more data-driven environment and support the integration of new digital tools.


The Role:
• Work with data from a variety of systems (including legacy PMS platforms) and help design a more standardised data model.
• Support the development of the company’s central data framework, improving data quality, accessibility, and reporting.
• Partner with the business, vendors, and digital teams to deliver actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to the rollout of AI-based solutions, such as speech-to-text and eConsent tools, by ensuring reliable and consistent data foundations.
• Use tools such as Qlik and other reporting technologies to enhance business visibility and performance tracking.


What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience in data analysis, data modelling, and reporting.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality practices.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems, including legacy databases and file-based systems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Knowledge of healthcare or other regulated industries is a plus, but not essential.
