As a Project Developer for Data Centers, you will: develop, plan, and execute CED projects, managing all phases from site identification to implementation, collaborating with technical teams, regulators, and partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop CED opportunities, assessing site suitability and connection availability.
• Assess logistical aspects to ensure plant viability.
• Secure necessary agreements for industrial land development.
• Lead project activities including feasibility, permitting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Negotiate with landowners, agencies, and partners for approvals.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, authorities, and suppliers.

What You'll Need:

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in project development or real estate within renewable energy or industrial construction.
• Knowledge of German regulatory frameworks is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• B2 or higher English proficiency.
