Data Center Technical Engineer (Graduate Program)

As an Entry-Level Datacenter technician, you will:

• Infrastructure Management: Perform routine operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure, including servers, hardware assets, and security systems.
• Preventive Maintenance & Upgrades: Assist in the maintenance, upgrades, and management of data center equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Monitoring & Reliability: Monitor the day-to-day operations of the data center to ensure stable and reliable performance.
• Technical Support: Collaborate with other teams to provide technical support and resolve daily operational issues.
• Incident Response: Participate in the handling of data center emergencies, contributing to root cause analysis (RCA) and post-incident reports.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct regular evaluations of data center performance and security, and propose solutions for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Professional certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with the principles and configurations of computer networks and data center infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• A strong eagerness to learn, a self-improvement mindset, and a commitment to professional ethics.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and German is highly preferred for effective collaboration with our local teams and headquarters.
