I am looking for professional support in collecting structured shop-level data from Etsy jewelry shops (focus: USA & Europe). The goal is to create a clean and well-structured dataset that I can later analyze in Python/R for research purposes.



Essential Variables:

The following variables are essential and must be delivered:

Shop-Level Variables
• shop_id → Unique shop ID
• shop_name → Name of the shop
• shop_url → Shop URL
• country → Country
• on_etsy_since_year → Year the shop joined Etsy
• sales_total → Total number of sales
• shop_rating → Average shop rating
• admirers → Number of followers (“Admirers”)
• num_products → Number of products listed in the shop
• sustainability_shop → Dummy (1/0, based on sustainability keywords in the shop description)



Product-Level Variables
• product_id → Unique product ID
• product_url → Product URL
• title → Product title
• price_eur → Price in EUR (conversion required if listed in other currencies)
• avg_shop_price_eur → Median product price within the shop (calculated from all listed products)
• handmade → Dummy (1/0, whether the product is handmade)
• made_to_order → Dummy (1/0, whether the product is made to order)
• personalization → Dummy (1/0, whether the product is customizable/personalized)
• sustainability_prod → Dummy (1/0, based on sustainability keywords in product title, description, or highlights)
• sustainability_keyword



Data Delivery:

All variables must be delivered in clean, structured CSV files (UTF-8), separated into shop-level and product-level datasets, with shop_id linking both files, so they can be directly merged and analyzed in R/Python.
