FPI Food Processing Innovation GmbH + Co. KG is the innovation driver for the global market of poultry processing solutions in the BAADER Group. This is reflected in our mission: We develop highly innovative solutions for poultry processing that make the difference from the initial idea to the presentation to the customer to the realization in series production. Your future tasks will include:

• Manage the setup and organization of a data warehouse and the structuring of large amounts of data from various data sources
• Take charge of data warehouse management with a focus on efficiency and scalability, including the selection and maintenance of database systems, and the creation of internal interfaces for efficient AI training
• Develop new evaluation methods and cluster data to improve the product portfolio
• Support the organization and, if necessary, data protection-compliant structuring of data on customer systems
• Organize and process data set requests from AI teams
• Contribute to the design and further development of queries in the form of interfaces

Qualifications, experiences and personal skills you possess:

• University degree – ideally in a technical field – or equivalent qualification
• Expertise and practical experience in working with data, database systems ((R)DBMS such as PostgreSQL or ClickHouse, as well as document-oriented databases such as MongoDB) and AI, along with an interest in technological trends
• Track record in developing and optimizing data warehouse structures and systems
• Confident use of Python or comparable programming languages
• Knowledge of Python or comparable programming languages, of developing AI-based database systems and basic knowledge of C/C++
• Familiarity with agile methods (e.g., Scrum or Kanban) and experience in working in interdisciplinary teams
• Analytical know-how to promote data-driven decisions
• Confident manner and a solution-oriented and structured way of working
