Data Engineer - Snowflake

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of data engineers on Snowflake-based projects
• Architect and optimize scalable ELT pipelines and data models
• Guide best practices in Python, SQL, dbt, and AWS across the team
• Translate business needs into technical plans and coordinate execution
• Review code, support team growth, and ensure high delivery standards

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or data architecture
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including performance tuning and data modeling
• Proven leadership experience, ideally in a team lead or staff engineer role
• Advanced SQL and Python skills
• Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, and AWS
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
