We are seeking a skilled and passionate Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for uncovering insights from complex datasets, developing predictive models, and providing actionable recommendations to solve business challenges. As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and delivering measurable outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights, trends, and patterns to solve real-world business problems.
Build predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning, statistical methods, and other advanced techniques.
Design and deploy scalable algorithms and processes for data analysis.
Present findings and actionable recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support the development of dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to enhance decision-making.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
Proven experience (2-5+ years) as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
Experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).
Strong knowledge of data manipulation, cleaning, and wrangling using tools like Pandas, SQL, or similar.
Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).
Solid understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and A/B testing.

Preferred:

Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Knowledge of big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey data insights effectively.
