# Database AdministratorDatabase AdministratorSalary€NegotiableLocationBerlin, Germany---ContactJoe **Responsibilities*** You will actively contribute to implementing solutions from requirements analysis through to operations.* You will be responsible for operating and continuously developing our Oracle databases in Microsoft Azure.* You will perform error analysis and resolution within Oracle and provide support on database-related issues.* You will take charge of system maintenance (performance optimization, patching, data backup) as well as the ongoing development and documentation of operational processes.* You will play an active role in the design and implementation of migration or modernization projects.* **Profile:*** You will be an experienced Database Administrator* You possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle database architecture, PL/SQL programming, as well as performance optimization and troubleshooting in complex database environments.* Ideally, you bring initial experience or a strong interest in modern cloud database solutions (e.g., Azure SQL Database, PostgreSQL).* You work in a structured, analytical, and proactive manner, demonstrating a high level of initiative and quality awareness.* Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
