About the role

A leading Microsoft Dynamics Partner is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their growing team. You will play a key role in driving new business development, expanding client relationships, and shaping sales strategies across CRM, ERP, and industry-specific solutions.

Your responsibilities

  • Drive systematic business development with a strong focus on new customer acquisition
  • Develop strategies for sales conversations and negotiations
  • Analyse sales performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Expand and strengthen existing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, and partner organisations
  • Define strategies for customer acquisition and retention
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and industry fairs
  • Plan order intake and revenue forecasts regularly

Your profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years’ proven experience in selling CRM, ERP, or other complex software solutions
  • Ideally, prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics in industrial or energy sectors
  • Confident in engaging with C-level contacts
  • Strong self-organisation, motivation, and target orientation
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Passion for new technologies and innovative projects
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Very good English skills, written and spoken
