Job Description: Rails App Deployment on AWS ECS



Overview:

I need someone to help me set up and deploy a Rails app (already dockerized) onto AWS ECS. The stack includes:


Stack Components:


• Rails app
• Postgres (AWS RDS)
• Redis
• Sidekiq (background jobs)


Requirements:

I want the setup to be scalable, reliable, and easy to manage. You should be comfortable with:


• ECS (Fargate or EC2)
• Connecting services (RDS + Redis)
• Setting up Sidekiq workers
• Auto-scaling, load balancing, monitoring (CloudWatch, etc.)
• Secure handling of environment variables and secrets


Experience:

Please include some previous similar work that you have done before.
