Overview

Design Lead (w/m/d) Employee Central SAP SuccessFactors at TÜV Rheinland Group. You will support HR digitalization initiatives, focusing on the global SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module and related changes, processes, and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• You will oversee the Employee Central module functionally as Design Lead (w/m/d) in close collaboration with global and local HR process experts, Product Owners, and HR IT.
• Coordinate Change Requests end-to-end to improve EC processes and functionalities, balancing employee and leadership experience.
• Support global and regional SAP SuccessFactors EC projects and advise HR colleagues on process design.
• Act as AI Coordinator for HR, proactively exploring new technical developments (especially AI) within and beyond SuccessFactors and able to assess them.
• Serve as a liaison between HR and HR IT with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, translating business requirements into technical feasibility.
• Provide regular trainings for end-users in local entities and foster open knowledge exchange via internal communities.
• Be open to learning new topics and, in future, potentially taking on the Time-off module as part of your portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, (Wirtschafts-) Informatics, or related fields.
• Several years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC, ideally as Key User, Design Lead, or module expert.
• Initial Time-off experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience in digitalization and transformation projects, especially implementing standardized HR processes and/or new HR tools.
• Excellent German and English language skills for international coordination with business units and global entities.
