Job Description
I need a developer to integrate billing software API into my existing cleaning service website. The website is 95% complete and built with React.js + Vite + Tailwind CSS.


What's Already Built
• Complete React frontend with dashboard for both clients and cleaners
• User authentication system
• Booking system and order management
• Profile management and notifications
• UI components for invoices and payments (frontend only)


What I Need
Billing API Integration to connect our existing invoice/payment UI with a billing service provider.


Billwerk Integration Requirements:
• Billwerk API Integration - Connect with Billwerk's REST API for subscription billing
• Customer Management - Sync customer data between our platform and Billwerk
• Subscription Plans - Set up cleaning service plans (one-time, recurring, custom)
• Automated Billing - Handle recurring payments for regular cleaning services
• Invoice Automation - Generate and send invoices through Billwerk
• Payment Methods - Support multiple payment options via Billwerk
• Dunning Management - Handle failed payments and retry logic
• Webhook Integration - Real-time updates for payment status, subscription changes


Technical Details:
• Frontend: React.js with Tailwind CSS (existing)
• Backend: Node.js/Express preferred (to be created/integrated)
• Database: PostgreSQL or MongoDB
• Payment Gateway: Billwerk's integrated payment processing
• Billing Service: Billwerk (mandatory requirement)


Deliverables:
• Backend API connected to Billwerk
• Customer and subscription management via Billwerk API
• Webhook handlers for real-time payment updates
• Billwerk dashboard integration for invoice/payment tracking
• Testing with Billwerk sandbox environment
