What you’ll do:

• Lead R&D projects from concept to production scale
• Research and develop novel filter media and filtration processes
• Collaborate with customers to tailor solutions for biotechnological applications
• Contribute to publications and patent filings
• Work hands-on in labs and pilot lines to bring ideas to life

What you bring:

• Master’s or PhD in process or bioprocess engineering
• 3+ years’ experience in biotech or biopharma environments
• Strong knowledge of filtration processes and biotechnological systems
• Fluent German and excellent English
• Hands-on, practical mindset with strong team collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel (~10%) and a valid driver’s license
