About Safe Xpert Service GmbH
We are Safe Xpert Service GmbH (Germany), specialized in security and support services for youth and social care institutions (including high-risk “Systemsprenger” children).


Project Overview
We want to develop a professional E-Learning & Training platform (App + Web) called SafeXpert Academy. The platform will be used by cities, municipalities and social institutions in Germany to provide mandatory trainings (e.g. workplace safety, hygiene, GDPR, de-escalation).


Core Requirements:

1. App + Web Platform
   • Modern, user-friendly interface
   • Mobile apps (iOS & Android) + Web portal
   • Login for employees & admins


2. Functionalities
   • E-Learning modules (video, text, PDF)
   • Interactive quizzes & tests (with automatic evaluation)
   • Automatic certificate generation (PDF with employee data & timestamp)
   • Reminder system (push/email: “training due”)
   • Multi-language (at least German + English)


3. Admin System
   • Employee Accounts: personal login per staff member
   • Institution Admin: overview of all employees, status (“completed / pending”), export of reports & certificates
   • City Super-Admin: overview of all institutions, missing trainings, reporting & reminders


4. Special Content
   • De-escalation training modules
   • Interactive video simulations (choices → feedback)
   • Future expansion: AI-supported simulation (chat/dialog with virtual person)


5. Billing Models
   • Flat rate per institution (all employees included)
   • Option for per-employee/year billing


6. Technical Requirements
   • Hosting in Germany/EU (GDPR-compliant!)
   • Data security & encryption according to EU standards
   • Scalable for thousands of users


7. References
   • Example: SAM EHS App (Secova) or similar LMS/EHS solutions
   • Our goal: similar features, but specialized for social care sector
