Tasks

• Definition and optimization of processes for the development of safety-related electronic products
• Management of process projects and implementation of workshops together with the technical teams
• Ensuring process conformity with the relevant rail safety standards, such as EN5012x, as a prerequisite for product certification
• Training colleagues in all process-related topics
• Monitoring and auditing development projects with regard to the correct application of the defined processes
• Harmonizing processes across all locations in the Global Brake Electronic division

Requirements

• Ability to work in a team and to work accurately and independently
• Strong ability to communicate and moderate international teams
• Technical degree, at least a bachelor's degree or completed technical degree or comparable qualification.
• German, at least business fluent
• English, at least business fluent
• Experience in process management.
• Experience in change management related to the introduction of processes and process improvement.
• Knowledge of functional safety (rail, automotive, aviation, or medical) and maturity models (CMMI or Automotive Spice) desirable.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
