🧩 Background InformationWe are seeking an experienced PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) to support the automation and digitalization of lending processes through the PEGA platform. You’ll help design, develop, and integrate a robust PEGA-based solution that drives efficiency and optimizes business workflows. 🎯 Objectives of the AssignmentThe goal of this role is to support the development and enhancement of a large-scale PEGA application that digitalizes lending operations from end to end. ⚙️ Key ResponsibilitiesDefine the architectural foundation of the PEGA platform. Implement and configure core PEGA components for business processes. Support integration with other IT systems (authentication, SSO, etc.). Design, develop, and maintain complex PEGA modules. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment. 🧠 Required Experience and SkillsProven experience in PEGA developmentStrong experience with PEGA ConstellationExpertise in complex module design & maintenanceKnowledge of PEGA Deployment Manager 🎓 Certifications & EducationCertified PEGA Senior System Architect (SSA)Certified PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA)Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering / Informatics 🤝 Soft SkillsAnalytical and problem-solving mindsetClear communicator and team collaboratorComfortable working in multicultural, agile environment
