VALIDAITOR is a pioneering start-up that develops solutions to bring quality assurance into Artificial Intelligence (AI) . Our platform provides fully autonomous testing and compliance management capabilities for AI systems. With our unique approach to AI testing and validation , we enable companies to develop AI solutions in a safe and trustworthy manner while keeping them focused on what they need to do, which is developing cutting-edge AI solutions. VALIDAITOR is headquartered in Karlsruhe, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll help us develop our cloud platform by applying best practices from DevOps and MLOps .
• You’ll define, create, and manage our cloud infrastructure .
• You’ll help us deploy Validaitor and its services across major cloud vendors (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
• You’ll help us integrate CI/CD best practices into machine learning.
• You'll lead a team of DevOps/Platform engineers.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in DevOps , MLOps , or similar roles.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) .
• Experience with at least one automation tool (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, etc.).
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes .
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task, and a demonstrated team player.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Bonus Points: The following points are not mandatory but would be a cherry on top if fulfilled:

• Experience in MLOps paradigms and ML lifecycle.
• Experience with MLOps tools like Airflow , Kubeflow , MLFlow , etc.
• Knowledge of German .
