As a Digital Architect (d/f/m) , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture of our next-generation elevator systems and digital services. You will combine hands‑on technical expertise with strategic architectural leadership to ensure our solutions are robust, secure, and future‑proof .

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform an established architecture into a future‑ready platform — scalable, maintainable, and testable by design
  • Design and evolve clean, documented architectures for 24/7 mission‑critical systems
  • Actively participate in development sprints, reviews, and provide technical guidance to engineering teams
  • Untangle complexity, introduce structure, and lay the foundation for sustainable innovation
  • Regularly communicate solution status, risks, and progress to management in a clear and concise manner
  • Drive secure architecture principles and ensure secure software development practices
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams and strategic partners to align architecture with business goals

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of proven experience in designing software architecture for complex cloud systems (preferably Microsoft Azure).
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end solution architecture, including security, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Ownership and getting‑things‑done mindset – takes initiative, ensures quality outcomes, and delivers results reliably in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical peers and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong team player – collaborates effectively across global, cross‑functional teams, building trust and alignment
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
