Your Role:

• Lead and define the standards for our digital products and their evolution.
• Serve as the agency’s digital and AI ambassador, collaborating with account management, strategy, and creative teams.
• Work closely with client teams to enhance projects, identify growth opportunities, and deliver strategic impact.
• Own creative presentations and pitch opportunities, driving new business initiatives.
• Build and maintain partnerships with platform vendors, AI providers, and external networks.
• Lead an interdisciplinary AI team: set agendas, prioritize initiatives, and steer collaboration across departments.
• Develop and deliver AI trainings, workshops, and internal learning programs.
• Create core AI presentations, portfolio materials, and pricing structures for client engagements.
• Act as a cross-functional AI interface across Account, Creative, and Strategy teams.
• Provide strategic AI consulting, including use case development, implementation, and client workshops.
• Establish connections with global AI teams and knowledge networks to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Passion for innovation, constantly identifying and implementing new ideas, technologies, and methods to elevate digital strategies.
• Strong understanding of AI in marketing and creative processes, with experience in developing and implementing AI solutions across channels.
• Strategic thinker with technical know-how; skilled in project planning, proposal creation, and pricing.
• Deep expertise in digital channels, social media, websites, CRM systems, and integrated marketing strategies.
• Experience developing digital concepts and executing campaigns, including foundational performance marketing knowledge.
• Proven ability to design and lead trainings, workshops, and advanced education initiatives.
• Strong networking and interdisciplinary collaboration skills, with curiosity for emerging technologies.
• Leadership experience across departments or sites, driving change with empathy.
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills, inspiring teams and clients with visionary ideas.
