IMPORTANT: The contract will be signed for 6 months + 6 months with the possibility of an extension. One needs to be either a bachelor graduate not more than 2 months before the internship start date or needs to maintain a Master's student status throughout the internship period. Second Master's, current Bachelor's students, and Bachelor's graduates more than two months are not allowed to apply!

Responsibilities

This role involves managing the end-to-end process of our global Learn and Grow event and driving engagement with learning content and platforms through strategic marketing and promotion. The intern will analyze data to identify improvements, design content, and create campaigns to enhance our learning solutions and events. By joining us, you'll gain valuable experience, access personal development opportunities, and engage with cross-functional experts and leaders across DHL Group. As an intern, you will always have the opportunity to broaden your scope by working on cross-functional projects and get hands-on experience with different tasks.

• Project management: Overseeing the Global Learning event, including planning, milestone setting, communication, presentations, implementation, and post-event analysis.
• Managing multiple work streams: Communication, Technical, Program and Stakeholder Management whilst working with an international virtual community of subject matter experts.
• Boost awareness and engagement for DHL Group's Learning Content and Platform Solutions.
• Create communication templates and manage content marketing across DPDHL internal communication platforms.
• Design, manage and timely update SharePoint pages and Viva Engage.
• Effectively coordinate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate independence and accountability for deliverables, while leveraging a global perspective and multicultural mindset.
