Your Role

The Digital Marketing and Event Manager is responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement through strategic digital initiatives, content and event execution. This includes:

• Planning and executing digital campaigns across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing).
• Coordinating global medical industry events, including trade shows and conferences.
• Creating and managing content for newsletters, blog posts, and social media, supporting SEO optimization, and performance analytics.
• Collaborating cross‑functionally with sales, product management, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and impactful marketing execution.

About You

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
• Experience in digital marketing and event coordination preferred.
• Experience in B2B, manufacturing, or medical technology industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools preferred.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Additional Information

The position is based within driving distance to our Karlsruhe facility. This will require some travel, e.g. to major tradeshows – mainly within Europe.
