We are a service center for independent garden centers and pet retailers in the German-speaking area. With more than 700 partner locations, we support our franchisees in sales, procurement, IT, marketing, logistics, and personnel development. At our headquarters in Kassel, our 180‑person office works to continuously improve our partners’ performance and strengthen their market position.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of content creation and implementation, target‑audience definition, and technical optimization.
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to ensure a strong online presence.
• Develop and oversee SEO measures based on current standards and analytics tools.
• Plan, create, and analyze e‑mail campaigns—from regular newsletters to targeted actions.
• Maintain content on our central and partner websites, ensuring quality and up‑to‑date information.
• Track KPIs, produce reports, and provide actionable performance‑improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with other marketing areas and interfaces such as sales, IT, and category management to implement holistic strategies.

Profile / Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, marketing, or a comparable field.
• Experience as a SEA/SEO manager, ideally focused on website optimization and conversion improvement.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and standard SEO tools.
• Practical experience in online marketing, particularly e‑mail marketing.
• Structured, independent, and responsible work style, maintaining oversight over complex tasks.
• Results‑oriented approach with attention to detail.
• High self‑motivation, reliability, and active team participation.
