Responsibilities

In our IT Workplace team, we provide and operate Microsoft’s M365 services for the EMEA region. As a Digital Workplace Consultant / Project Manager (f/m/x), you enable colleagues to work effectively from anywhere, while ensuring a seamless and secure digital experience.

• Driving smart work and secure collaboration that fosters satisfaction and productivity across the region
• Designing and implementing standardized digital workplace solutions (device deployment and updates, communication services, password management, standardization projects)
• Identifying and analyzing business requirements, integrating new technologies, and providing recommendations for solution selection
• Clarifying, planning, and implementing IT projects, acting as project lead or contributor
• Operating and further developing our M365 services, communication and collaboration systems, endpoint management, AD/Entra, and security measures
• Continuously optimizing the end‑user experience
• Providing service‑oriented support together with a great team

Profile

You are a great fit for this role if you combine broad IT knowledge with a passion for improving systems and collaboration. With your experience in M365, user‑friendly support processes, and IT operations, you help us drive digital transformation forward and grow as a team. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:

• A university degree in a relevant field or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations and IT project management
• Service‑oriented mindset
• Expertise in at least one of the following: M365, Intune, Exchange, cloud‑based telephony solutions, IT operations management (including state‑of‑the‑art tools), ITIL knowledge
• Strong listening skills and fluent English communication (written and spoken)

Location

In October 2025, we will be moving to the newly built "New-Work-Campus FLOW" in Hamburg‑Eppendorf. Until then, the workplace for this position will be in Norderstedt.
