Overview

Strat-Bridge are partnered with a Tier-1 global strategy consultancy seeking a director hire in Germany within their Digital & AI practice . This is a Partner-track role in one of the firm’s fastest-growing areas, with the mandate to shape AI and data strategy engagements across industries.

Grade : Director (pre-partner)

Location : Anywhere in Germany

Expectations

Build and sell AI/Data strategy engagements across multiple industries
Lead design and implementation of enterprise data strategies, platforms, and GenAI/LLM use cases
Advise C-suite leaders with board-ready AI narratives and measurable business outcomes
Manage complex, multi-workstream programs while mentoring project managers and codifying best practices
Originate and co-sell with sector partners; contribute to intellectual property and thought leadership

What they are looking for

Proven track record selling and leading enterprise AI/data strategy programs
Top-tier consulting pedigree (MBB, Tier 1/2. Big 4 strategy, or equivalent)
Strong delivery leadership: program ownership, vendor coordination, and coaching capability
Ability to translate technical depth into commercial strategy and C-suite impact
Fluent in German
