The Director B2C Marketing Central Europe will lead all Visa brand activities across Central Europe, including brand marketing, media, sponsoring, and performance marketing. The role involves supporting the planning, development, and execution of the country’s marketing, brand content, and leading a team of marketers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading marketing campaigns to drive issuance, preference, activation, and usage among diverse audiences.
• Enhancing brand positioning to drive relevance and preference across Central Europe.
• Leveraging top sponsorship properties to create engaging marketing programs.
• Providing strategic thought leadership as part of the market’s business plan.
• Collaborating with teams to expand capabilities and synergies and drive commercial outcomes.

Qualifications include:

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree.
• Results-oriented marketer with experience with world-class brands.
• Proven leadership skills building and leading high-performing organizations.
• Fluent in German and English.
