Director (f/m/d) Clinical Product Management - Diagnostic Ultrasound Business
Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Director (f/m/d) Clinical Product Management to contribute to the success of our Cardiology Products. Use your scientific expertise to shape clinical product strategy and ensure high-quality ultrasound products.
Responsibilities
- Develop clinical and claims roadmap aligned with customer needs and business strategy.
- Lead clinical verification and validation of new products, features, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Provide clinical guidance to engineering and program teams during product development to ensure product performance meets intended uses, with focus on image quality and workflow.
- Support marketing and training by developing and presenting training materials on new products and features.
- Identify and onboard strategic Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) aligned with the Clinical strategy.
- Lead KOL engagement preparation, execution, and insights collection.
- Provide input or create proof points and support post-market introduction studies in collaboration with Markets.
Qualifications
- Degree in medicine, bio-technology, physics, or medical engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of ultrasound clinical development or experience in a clinical environment.
- At least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing high-tech innovative products throughout their lifecycle.
Attributes and Skills
- Willingness to travel internationally, especially to the USA on occasional business trips (~30%).
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Intercultural and interpersonal competencies with ability to lead across diverse teams and geographies.
- Passion for medical systems; ability to think beyond today’s boundaries and champion innovations.
- Strong organizational, networking, and customer-focus skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
