As Director Global Aftersales Product Management in PALFINGER's After Sales division, you will coordinate the Service Track across all product developments by providing robust project management for service-related initiatives on a global level.

Additionally, you will guide the proper development of our own service products (both physical and digital) and ensure their successful rollout and lifecycle management across the entire Sales & Service network.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the service deliverables of PALFINGER's product developments across all product lines, ensuring alignment with product development and customer project processes.
  • Establish and drive a strong PMO structure to enhance transparency, efficiency, and success in service-related initiatives.
  • Support Product Managers in improving products, integrating customer feedback, and developing new service features.
  • Oversee the global rollout of service products and tools, ensuring market readiness through collaboration with regional teams.
  • Build a global Market Manager Network (Sales Ambassadors) within PALFINGER’s Sales & Service organization to strengthen After Sales products and support their rollout process.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of global experience in after-sales, with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Technical High School diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong business process understanding.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills across diverse teams; fluent in German (preferably native) and English (C1 level).

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement isEUR 65.432,36 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
