RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement an integrated global portfolio and product strategy as part of Core Industry Management (CIM)
• Execute the entire product lifecycle (development, launch, maintenance, phase-out) and portfolio governance (prioritization, investment, resource allocation)
• Ensure adherence to budget and financial targets in the product and portfolio domain
• Building and leading a global team, as well as responsibility for budget and target achievement within the Core Industries and the product programs
• Identification of opportunities and risks through benchmarking and continuous market and competitive analyses
• Ensuring the successful implementation of product roadmaps and portfolio decisions in close cooperation with the (sales) regions, CIM Business Development, and the product programs

REQUIREMENTS

• Several years of relevant international professional experience and business responsibility
• Master's degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent qualification
• Proven leadership skills in international, cross-functional teams, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex market and competitive data and translate findings into strategic recommendations and business cases
• High level of decision-making and execution drive, combined with strong strategic and financial understanding, as well as experience in process optimization and the implementation of global standards
