Role Description

You will be responsible for independently running small‑to‑mid‑size buy‑sides and for supporting the Head of M&A on larger deals. You will have 4‑7 years of professional experience in M&A (Big 4, corporate investor or private equity firm). The role is ideally based in Frankfurt am Main, with some flexibility available.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English is a must!
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience with bank financing models and post‑merger integration
• Structured and detail‑oriented, yet emotionally intelligent and pragmatic
• Prior experience from a software/tech business is a plus, but not required
