Director (m/w/d) R&D Data Applications

Build, mentor, and empower a team of 10-15 skilled software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
Drive the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable full-stack IP applications that are integral to the CMX platform, ensuring the highest quality.
Provide technical guidance and oversight for the development of data applications on the CMX platform such as Tput & IP Measurement, eCall Applications and audio/video (VoLTE/VoNR) testing.
Take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle – from concept and planning to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance – ensuring timely delivery of high-impact solutions.
Establish strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, breaking down silos and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve shared goals.
Guide your team through evolving technologies and industry best practices, enabling them to remain at the forefront of data application verification and testing.
Lead the team through organizational changes and ensure a flexible and effective team structure.
