Director of BESS Project Development

Director of Project Development required for a renewable energy business in Bavaria, Germany. Our client is a scale-up business, so they are looking for candidates with the enthusiasm to drive their future success.

Successful applicants will have experience managing the entire BESS project lifecycle, including land acquisition, managing key stakeholders (municipalities, grid operators, landowners), and overseeing the EPC stage. Responsibilities also include reviewing profitability, project design elements, and developing standards and protocols.

This role is a hybrid position, with travel to the headquarters once per quarter.
