Your future contribution
We’re looking for a hands-on, impact-driven Director of Digital Product to lead the evolution of our customer-facing tools and experiences. This role is designed for a confident and proactive product leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is deeply comfortable shaping scalable, user-centric solutions within the travel industry.
You will have a proven track record of aligning cross-functional product strategies with real-time user needs, delivering meaningful experiences to both guests and hosts across B2C and B2B audiences while driving cultural, operational, and digital transformation.
Your background demonstrates a well-balanced focus across both consumer and business-facing platforms, reinforcing your commitment to exceptional outcomes whether the end user is an individual traveler or a major host solution. You will be highly skilled at influencing within a matrixed organization, where success often depends on collaboration with teams beyond your direct line of leadership, but you still thrive on owning the product outcome end to end.
You’ll be confident navigating complex, high-volume user journeys under time pressure, with a deep understanding of the demands of seasonal or event-driven traffic patterns. You will play a critical role in shaping and scaling the systems that underpin our host and guest interactions—ensuring they remain resilient, intuitive, and uniquely valuable across the wider HomeToGo group.
